Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist in TeleTech will be responsible for sourcing management and execution for TeleTech locations in Spain and Latin America, and in establishing a sourcing plan based on top suppliers and top spend categories.  This plan and plan execution will ensure Corporate involvement in leveraging spend with global and strategic suppliers, and the effective sourcing of business-specific and regional purchases to drive competitive pricing and terms and a sourcing process that is consistent with TeleTech procurement policies and best practices.

Job Overview:

•    Ensure that sourcing needs are met and achieved in a manner that is compliant with company policies

•    Ensure that TeleTech  receives the greatest value from the purchasing functions by effectively negotiating prices, terms, and other areas that can deliver value

•    Process requisition and purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner

•    Perform price analysis to support effective decision analysis in the sourcing process

•    Ensure customer service by proactively identifying customer needs and service improvement opportunities and responding quickly to those needs

•    Create an understanding of strategic commodities by gathering market, trend, and price information from key suppliers and other sources

•    Contribute to the performance and profitability of Business Units through the sourcing process

•    Contribute to a strong governance culture by complying with appropriate governance policies and procedures

•           Ensure the effective delivery of all agreed services to internal and external customers at the required standards by establishing effective relationships and proactively participating in the culture of excellent service

Job requisitions

Ø       BA/BS or equivalent experience

Ø       A minimum of 5 years in a sourcing and procurement environment.

Ø       Experience leading negotiations and contracting for a variety of goods and services in Latin America and EMEA regions.

Ø       Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects

Ø       Excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize and communicate for written and oral presentations to various organizational    levels and supplier audiences

Ø       Strong spoken and written English Language Skills. Advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc) is preferred
